Default Cryovac hole

I like to age my briskets a month before a contest. I just noticed a small hole in the cryovac. Brisket looks good, is it? And how long would you trust it to be good for?

Thanks
Mike

That hole just started a brand new clock ticking. Freeze it or cook it or re-cryovac if you have the equipment. Those are the options.

Not frozen. I got it fresh from my butcher today and noticed the hole today when I got home.

Cook it or freeze it. The bacteria have already made their home it it.
