New Rules for the Jack.
1. No Whole Hog category.All teams must submit Chicken, Ribs, Pork - Shoulde or Butt and Brisket.
2. Chicken entries must include both white and dark meat. It is up to the individual team to decide how much of each to put in the box and how to present it. Rules for garnish remain the same.
3. Teams must submit a minimum of seven (7) separate indentifable samples for judging.
I wonder how long it will be before these rules become standard KCBS rules.
