I'll take heat over cold any day of the week. All it takes is a spritzing fan or a mister, or a pool, or a beer to stay cool.

I think it topped out at 95* in my backyard, made the Weber seem even hotter than normal. Oh well, at least the beer was cold!

As a rule, I'd prefer cold over hot. But for smoking, I do like being able to mess wtih the smoker without coat, hat, boots, etc. There were times this winter where my hands stopping working! :shocked:
