International Smoke Day was started on the Virtual Weber Bullet bulletin board. Saturday of Memorial day weekend.
I did a dozen thighs and 3 meatloafs. MMmmm.
Also cleaned up the latest acquisition and cypherin how to turn it into a reverse flow cooker. I think I have it figured out!

I started Internat'l Smoke Day early (Thursday & Friday) cause it's been raining all week ( i think our drought is officially over) and family was in all last week.
