Default Huge Beef Ribs, Ideas Anyone?

Just because I have never boiled/fried/baked/roasted/braised/sauteed/crock potted or even grilled beef ribs, I thought I would smoke some this Sunday.

So, who will be the first to step up and offer sound advice. If there is no sound advice available, I will settle for previous experiences that worked...

HELP!

Not sure what "sound" advice is but.....

Rub em down with your favorite beef rub and smoke em at 250 until tender! (kiss mod)

Divemaster did these on his drum, probably about 6+ hrs....they were incredible!
