Huge Beef Ribs, Ideas Anyone?
Just because I have never boiled/fried/baked/roasted/braised/sauteed/crock potted or even grilled beef ribs, I thought I would smoke some this Sunday.
So, who will be the first to step up and offer sound advice. If there is no sound advice available, I will settle for previous experiences that worked... HELP!
