Default Venison chili...

Not que, it does have some Blues Hog Smokey mountain BBQ sauce in it. And I did set the crockpot on my smoker shelf when I was opening the trunk to take it to work, lol...

Sure. Really well browned ground venison, onion and garlic added towards the end. Some chili powder, cayenne, cumin and oregano. (Not a mix, but some experimentation until I got a profile I liked). Some worchestershire and hot sauce. Then some tomato sauce, tomato paste and stewed tomatoes and some bbq sauce. If it is not a sweet sauce, I add some honey, depends on what I have on hand. I mix that together a day ahead of time. Day of the cook, I add 2 cans each of light and dark kidney beans, and 3 seeded and chopped Jalepenos and half a red bell pepper. I don't cook those, again because of the flavor profile. It is tick, sort of like sloppy Joe's with beans, lol...

Venison is my favorite for chili. That looks fantastic.
