Default Greetings from Austin.

Good Day Everyone.

I'm a long time lurker first time poster and wanted to say Hi.

I moved to Texas after graduating from College, 7 years ago. I've grilled all my life (camping, wood, charcoal, propane, etc) but since moving to Texas, I've got into smoking. I'm working on a BDS/UDS right now and should be finished by this weekend. In my cooking line up also have a 3 burner propane and a converted propane to charcoal grill. Favorite smoking wood, of course is Mesquite. Thanks for all the great info on this forum!
