horizontal/vertical combo.
So I'm toying with the idea of using a couple 12"x34 (3/16" Wall) propane cylinders to make a smaller smoker for smaller gatherings. ..ie my family and a few friends. More of a make work project something fun to play with. I've looked at a lot of designs and I'm really liking the Yoder Durango style. The offset stick burner with a vertical stack. Ultimately 4 or 6 racks on a rib stand, a couple pork butts, maybe a couple birds depending on the meal (not all at once).
20140503_143316.jpg I also like the idea of the vertical for cooler smokes. ... Fish, jerkey, sausage ect. Any feedback on this design. ... flaws with my idea, maybe some constructive criticism. Let me know what you think. Oh and I do have a WSM and a UDS as well. Cheers |
