This is my 4th Brisket I have ever done. Not much of a smoke ring, My Egg seems to not produce much even with plenty wood,:sad: but very, very tender. Had a good taste too. Marinaded for about 8 hours in a special concoction. Smoked with Pecan.

Foiled for 2 hours and ready to slice, not much Bark but then when I have had a good Bark it usually comes out tough and dry

Nice looking brisket! Much better than the one I made, but no pics, so I can say it didn't happen.
 
nice looking piece of meat! I picked one up this morning with intent of cooking today, but 12 lbs was the smallest I could find (not enough time today)...guess I will have to do it later on in the week!
