Default smoking my first moinks

just started my first moinks!! i have been away for a couple weeks and have been jonesing for some bbq!!!i went to the local butcher shop and among other things bought some frozen meatballs and some slab bacon cut thin. just put them on the ecb and cant wait to taste them.seasoned half with a rub and the other half i just made up a sauce to marinate them in for a bit, apple cider vinegar based with some yellow mustard and some other spices.from what i have read, an hour and a half should be long enough to smoke them, is that long enough? they are pre-cooked

Cook them till the bacon is the way you like it, I like mine crispy, so I go at 275-300 till the bacon looks and feels right.

That is long enough, it is all about the bacon being where you want it.

Thanks for the info. That's what I did. Got the bacon nice and crispy, took about an hour at 275. They came out good and the mustard vinegar sauce was a good combo. Bacon was very smokey!!! I use straight red oak for my cooking
