Baby Back Sunday
Nellie decided she wanted some ribs so I picked up a couple of racks of baby backs to appease her, normally I am a whole spare type of guy
Seasoned up with some BPS Desert Gold and Obie Cues Sweet N Heat Into the drum to get some smoke  And they are going along just fine after two hours, I never wrap  Ready to come off for dinner  Thanks for looking
