Default Tried my cheap offset

First cook on my Oklahoma Joe. I have to say I really like this smoker. I did have some white smoke issues but that was probably fault.

I didn't care for the bacon. Thought the smoke ruined it but my son said it was good. He ate it up.

Sliced the bacon wrapped sausage stuffed jalapeno for pizza topping. One fatty had Meat church's pecan on it the other no rub.

The rectangular pie was done in the oven.
