I have a couple of excellent butchers close by for our regular stuff. 30mins away there's a pro-foodstore where I can get a lot of imported stuff. So I can get USA Choice/Prime brisket, wagyu briskett, USA Pork butts, etc, picanha from South America etc. It's not cheap but still sorta wholesale prices. All the regular stuff is cheaper then at the butcher so we usually stock up on meat when we go there.
