Default Made some ribs..(Pr0n)

In sunny Sacramento it was in the mid to upper 60's and my favorite team was playing in (and losing) the Super Bowl. So I busted out my Jerry Rice jersey. Well the jersey brought my team no luck. But at least the ribs were tasty.

Kept is simple. Just some yellow mustard and then some Yardbird on two of them. On the third I added some Chipotle powder to the Yardbird.

Turns out my Maverick ET-732 was on the fritz. Or it was actually 230 degrees in my house. So I went by the dome thermo. Almost there...

Finally done..

Thanks for looking..

Oh so very good. I have yet to do a wash/mop/spritz during my smoking of ribs.
And never had any complaints. Just dry rub works so far.

Great! I don't mop or spritz either. It just slows done the cook in my opinion.
