Looks good. I had a YS640 a couple of years ago and it produced some really good food. One thing I learned was rotating my items because the right side would run a little hotter.

Also that floor in one of the pictures stood out to me. My mom has the same thing installed in her house. I can't believe how long it has lasted.

Looks great. I'm hopefully picking up my YS640 this weekend. From the pics and comments, it does look like the right side cooks hotter - good to know. Cannot wait to get my hands on it!
