Cool! I need to re-up on Harvest Brine & Hot Salt soon, so I'll be throwing the Q-salt in the cart as well - looking forward to it!

Is there any sugar in the salt?
I'm guessing no after looking at your salt ingredients.

I got the stink eye from my wife when Qsalt arrived. Put it on some Costco brand Salmon in a broiler cooked to 145 F. We bought 2.93 lbs, we did not have enough to feed to 2 of us for dinner tonight. Amazing flavor that paired well with shrimp, chicken and now salmon you have a winner!
My wife loves Qsalt and I have been instructed not to run out!
Thank you

No we avoid sugar in everything we do.
Sea salt and premium spices and herbs. Keeping our seasonings as clean and simple as possible.
The closest we get is in our Harvest Brine (dry brine) which contains Maple Flakes (straight up dehydrated pure maple sap).
