Full Fledged Farker
My local store had fresh Chicken Thighs for 79 cents a pound so I stocked up today I brought home about 22lbs worth.

A light rub of JT's Sweet Heat Pork Rub. and onto the WSM it goes.
I ran it wide open (it was cold and windy today) no water pan, top rack only, with Hickory, Apple, and Cherry chunks.

I wasn't going for competition style skin or anything like that.. I sent 7 good size thighs to my parents for their dinner, and the rest got pulled and vacuum pack'd and frozen for quick dinners/lunches.
