Default Cooking at WOrk

Since I took tommorrow off to go to the Royal. My boss asked if I would pull my grill in today and cook something.

SO, This morning I have been cooking up Country style ribs on the grill and then sauced with some Sticky Pig BBQ sauce. Also did some ears of corn in the shuck still.

One of the ladies here brought in and apple crisp for dessert and beans and cole slaw.

Everyone is walking around stuffed and wanting to find a place to hide and take a nap. I cooked enough they should be able to have lunch tommorrow as well.

What a day, get paid to do some I love to do anyway and everyone just raving and I'm thinking to myself, if only I would have the time to do some spares or babybacks the 3-2-1 method. they would throw this stuff to the curb!

AHHHHH Life is good!
