First controlled smoke on the WSM.

So I did my first controlled smoke on my WSM. Things went well. I was able to get it up to 225 and stop it there. That made me very happy. I then added some Moinks and a pizza inspired fatty. I think the smoke changed to the often mentioned "thin blue." All in all every thing turned out tasty.

You know this smokin thing is kinda fun...
