Long story short . . . I started reading this page tonight . . . and it reminded me of all the discussions that have happened around here over the years. What barbeque is and isn't, etc. I thought about editing it in a few places but then I thought 'There's really no wrong and right way about barbeque. But you'll know it when you taste it!'
