Quick smoke choice opinions -PORK
Brethren, got a small pork roast that I want to smoke and since I am now in possession of;
cherry apple mesquite I wondered which I should do today? Opinions, volumes and all and sundry tips, my brothers and sisters?

+ another 1 here. Love cherry, love apple, not that into mesquite (as I type this I'm thinking I should give that stuff another shot - I have had some great food smoked with mesquite - but I wasn't the cook) - I would use mesquite on beef and sparingly.

I gotta go with Mesquite, it's one of the few locally available choices and I have grown fond of it's taste.
