Default Quick smoke choice opinions -PORK

Brethren, got a small pork roast that I want to smoke and since I am now in possession of;
cherry
apple
mesquite
I wondered which I should do today?
Opinions, volumes and all and sundry tips, my brothers and sisters?

I gotta go with Mesquite, it's one of the few locally available choices and I have grown fond of it's taste.
