I have been thinking about doing some smoked chili. That is the kick in the butt I needed.

Dang, I've never thought of that. Do beans in the smoker every time but never thought of throwing in a pan of Texas Red. Between that, butt balz, and Habanero TX torpedoes there wont be much room left for anything else!

Never seen Smoked Chili? I have made it with some left over brisket and it came out good.

man its good it gets a layer over it after about 3 to 4 hrs at 200 and then mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
