Talking It's Not a Sandwich, It's a MEATWICH! Pt.2

Had some leftover brisket from last weekend; hmmm...what shall I do? I think I will pile slices of hot, tender, juicy brisket on a freshly baked roll and make a MEATWICH:

A sandwich is a sandwich, but a MEATWICH is a meal! Man, was that good!

I'd hit that! Looking good. My favorite way to use leftover brisket is in a sammich!
