Default K-Mart Clearance - Charcoal

The local KM here in Fort Collins, CO has their BBQ stuff on clearance - 50% off. The 16.6 lb bag of Royal Oak Premium briquetes is $3 and the 15 lb bag of Kingsford Hickory is $5. The KB was not on sale though.

our k mart gets rid of their stuff in early to mid august. doesn't make sense since we are in a temperate zone, cent calif.

I rarely go to kmart but oddly I'll be passing one tomorrow here in GA so I'll stop by and see what they have.

Seems like this would be prime season still because of all the tailgating. Little early to be clearing out it seems to me.

Up here in Maine they cleared the shelves last month, I picked up 4 bags for around $16. These RO briqs are softer and don't have as much of that nice wood smell that they used to when lighting. I may have gotten some that were past thier prime.
