Default First brisket and burnt ends

With the guidance of the brethren (especially Bigabyte's Basic Brisket Tutorial), I took my first stab at brisket and burnt ends. Here are a few pictures of the results:

Looks real good! A lot better than my first brisket. But I did my first brisket long before I had the support and insight of the Brethren.

Good lookin' eats right there! Much better than my first one - come to think of it, much better than some that I've done lately.
