These make a great dinner or cut into pieces for appetizers, serve with dippin' sauces on the side.:-D

They were in the smoker at 230* for around 1 1/2 hours. Then on to the grill just long enough to crisp the bacon.
 
mmmmm...bacon makes anything taste better :)
 
Now that is some fine looking tenders and i dont even like tenders. Look like they should be on a food show.

What I am most impressed by is how evenly they cooked. That Spicewine is one good smoker. :cool:

After Much debate we decided to call ours PigFingers. Now we add some creamy horseradish on the chicken before it gets wrapped in the bacon.
