Hello from Sayville, NY
Hi everybody. I decided to join this forum after meeting some of you at the Sayville competition last weekend. It was our first comp and the Blazin' Buttz BBQ team had a great time. Taking second in chicken was a complete surprise and now I'm hooked on competing, but I have a lot to learn. Everyone I met was extremely friendly and helpful. I look forward to meeting more of you at future brethren events.
