I fired up the Cookshack today. 2- 3lb. chuckies slatherd with worsey and Texas BBQ Rub. Wanted sliced so cooked to 172* internal. made a fattie with maple honey sausage,onion,jalapinos,velveeta cheese and seasoned with Dizzy Pig Dizzy Dust.Also filled some peppers with velveeta cheese wrapped in maple bacon.http://s75.photobucket.com/albums/i299/TER_bucket/?action=view¤t=1171855478.pbw
