Default Smoked pork loin glazed with honey and lemon zest [WGA]

4 pounds pork loin, glazed with honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, rosemary, sage, pepper.

In the WGA till 160f. Removed the top grill to have room for the pork loin:





In the meantime, a focaccia with onions in the wood pizza oven:

The wood board: extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, basil leaves:

Awesome WGA cooking!
I love throwing big pieces of meat on that small smoker!
From the looks of that loin it would fit the cooking grate but maybe I'm wrong.

There were bones downside, that I've removed before the last pic.
With the bones it fit the cooking grate but touching the lid.
