@ N8man, those are amazing looking cookers!

Someone is going to, so I'll be the first idjit to say it, I have 0 (zero) UDSs.

I have 2 WSMs, close enough.

Have one complete and two in the works. The complete one was basic. These next two will be experiments. Buy a few for that price.

For longer smokes I use the UDS. The WSM don't get as much use as it used to. I can do more with the UDS. I'm hooked.

I only built 1 UDS. At 20.00 per barrel, buy a couple extras if you have room.
My son has my UDS. He inherited it when my wife "forgot" to tell the movers to pack it when we left Texas.

Mini WSMs may be better for small cooks. Easier to load, unload and use a lot less charcoal.

When I first saw the title of this thread I thought "That's dumb...who needs more than one UDS?" quickly followed by "Wait, I have two!". So, uhm, 2 :)

I just got the one so far. But I've been getting the urge lately to build a second one. I don't need another one, but I'm certainly not gonna let that stop me!

One home built and one Big Poppa Smoker Stainless.
Pretty sure you can never have too many.
