Default Rotisserie Chicken

I had an old rotisserie set up from a gasser that's long been gone, so I mounted it to my mini-ugly today and did a chicken on it. Rubbed it with some James Gang chipotle chicken rub that PLakers sent me in the last trade (thanks Pete). Turned out really good. Did it over lump, oak and maple @335. Also did a roasted spaghetti squash on the gasser, some homemade apple/pear sauce and topped it off with a homemade apple pie.

Thanks for lookin!!

Nice rig! Chicken looks good. I love using the rotis. You seem to have trussing skills equal to mine.

Loving all that! It is about time for squash, ain't it? Nice work on the rotis.

I love making rotisserie chicken on my kettle. Did you brine your bird? If not, try it next time. OMG, it comes out sooooo tender and juicy.

I was ready to get the duct tape out.

I didn't brine it CD, someone took it out of the freezer too late But it did turn out really juicy for not being brined.
