Default Wokin Home with thanks to the Brethren. Pron

I have a great cook top (Miele) in my kitchen that is equipped with a high BTU burner that was intended for a wok or other high temperature pot/pan. We have had it for almost 13 years now and I was never quite happy with the B.T.U. output. It never seemed to get hot enough to really obtain the temps that I needed for my wok.

After seasoning my new gift, I got busy making a chicken stir fry from some of my leftover ingredients from the last "Fusion Throwdown".

These are a few of my choices, The dog is not part of my cook!

The wife added Madagascar Hot peppers to the mix also

Almost done!

My dish with the Old #7 Brand Jack Daniel's

Final Pr0n merican Style!

Thanks to all!

Jed

It worked like a charm. Had the temp up around 500 at the end.
