Smoker Burn Out and first Pron

I finally finished it (well almost). it still needs a couple things, paint being one of them. I finished it on Friday.

Then I got a good fire going in it

Seasoned it up this morning.

Since it was already going.... I thought a fatty or two was in order.

Oh and a tri Tip:becky:

Here is the Tri Tip getting ready for the cooler.

I grilled up some Romaine (Thanks PatioDaddio)

AND HERE IT IS...... THE FIRST PRON FROM MY NEW BUILD

I still have some fine tuning to do but at least I can use it now:becky::thumb:

Even though it's not Dead Guy in the glass, the glass is way cool! And the food looks pretty ok too... and oh yea... that's a wicked smoker

That is a really cool cooker. You did a great job with that build. I envy all you people who have fabrication skills! With any luck, my UDS won't fall apart after I get it finished this week.
