Hi All,
I have really enjoyed reading the threads found here. I am just a backyard BBQer, but there is so much information and knowledge here that I know my BBQ skills will improve. I am in the process of building a UDS and I have barely scratched the surface of the 370 page thread on that subject posted here. Thanks for having me aboard and I hope that I can contribute to the knowledge base some day.
