Talking Hello from San Antonio!

Hey guys - new here, but not that new to BBQ. Just found this great forum and can't wait to get access to the recipes section.

There is some great info here - I had never heard of MOINK balls, ABT's, or the Minion Method - had to research some to find out what this stuff was. Needless to say I have 2-3 new appetizers I can try on my next burn.

My rig is a Lyfe Tyme 20" x 40" that I've had for about 2 years, and it's the only one I have. Definitely considering building my own UDS though after seeing the huge thread about them.
