Default Berlin BBQ Championchips 2008

Berlin was a blast, we had great fun and had to haul some medals home.

Second place in Chicken and Dessert, first in Beef and second place overall. Great success, especially
since the winning team consists of friends from our german BBQ Forum, too.
First and second place out of 14 from www.mybbq.net.

The other teams attending were, among a lot of established german BBQ teams, the official WBQA Team from Spain and the BBQ.Butchers from Norway
who are going to memphis in may next week..
The spirit was awesome and we met a lot of nice people and made some friends.

Heres some Pics :

Beef (stuffed Black Angus Tenderloin, cooked on the excel on top of the third Stacker without a waterpan)

Dessert

Cheers,

DM

Nice platting. Looks as though you don't have to worry about where your garnish is the right color, size or shape. That must be nice.

The food looks fantastic. And congratulations!
