hey there
My good friend Milehigh came down for his monday fishing trip and we spent a very windy day on the river chasin' trout. the wind really put a damper on the day...We got back to my house and started working on dinner...Saturday night I slow cooked a ham on my 21" weber (6hours) with Sugar maple wood chips for smoking and a Pecan rub. So tonight for dinner we sliced some Ham steaks whipped up some Glazed Sweet potatoes, and Asparagus and threw it all on the grill...
