I am rolling out a new seasoning and decided to cook some wings with it.

Big Ron's Cajun Critter Dust is a seafood boil/cajun season-all. The first of my seasoning that is not low in sodium (for now at least) It is a seasonal offering and below is a cook with some wings. Enjoy

Ok cooking (and eating is done now)
Used Big Ron's Cajun Critter Dust on some chicken wings today. Below is some proof
Seasoned up and in the fridge for a few hours

went ahead and did some boneless skinless thighs, and a some burgers as well with Big Ron's In the House Seasoning

Did it on the the drum semi indirect heat with a make shift charcoal basket using a 1/2 pan with holes poked

Chicken down

Flipped thighs over, spun the top grate so the wings could get some direct heat for a while

Burgers on, wings & thighs about done

Was it good?? my plate will tell

Thanks for looking

Ok, a little bit of meat on the bones. Just had a few more for lunch and they were great. Can't wait to cook some bugs with it
