Default Ooooo what should I do with these?

So I'm in the produce dept. today thinking about the Berry throw-down and out of the corner of my eye.... OMG Really?

I've never seen key lime's here. last time we did was on our honeymoon so I knew the wife would be stoked!!
So what should I do with these gems before the wife drinks them all?

If you don't make a Key Lime pie, you will be damned for eternity.

Yeah, as Guerry said, the first thing I would do is to make a key lime pie about the size of a #2 washtub. Love that stuff. Honey-mustard-key lime sauce is really good with chicken and seafood, too. And all Mexican food is improved with a shot of key lime juice.

I think I'd be squeezing one into a tall glass of unsweetened iced tea.

And then making some nice, tart bruschetta.
