Smoked a Chuckie today with a little different take on pepper stout beef. Smoked the Chuckie 2 hours then put in a pan with onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, garlic, jalepenos, and a mixture of beef broth, worchestershire, and a little steak sauce.
Served on tortillas
I had to fire up smokezilla today as it was feeling neglected. Most of my cooks lately have been on the drum or mini wsm.
