Default My first WSM smoke

Just did a simple 2 chicken with water in my WSM. Used Weber kickin chicken rub I had in my kitchen for a long time. Enjoy the pics.

Next time I'll do up some ribs.

I used Kingsford Hickory charcoal and some apple wood chunks.

Great looking chicken! Enjoy your WSM, of all the smokers I've owned in the past, it's my go-to backyard cooker.
