I got lucky this morning & found a barely used 18.5 WSM for 75 bucks, I cant wait to try it out on wednesday when I am off :biggrin:

Camera is on the charger, I found it 20 mins after it was posted & was the first person to respond. I picked it up this afternoon. All it it needs is a little cleaning, other than that it is in perfect shape.
Beer can chicken & moink balls are going on it wednesday. :grin:

Ok, now for the first cook. did a little cleaning today & added some handles.
Starting of with a spatchcock chicken, will add a fatty filled with ham, onions & gouda cheese & some moink balls later.
Will update with more pron later.

here is a little more pron, sorry I don't have more, but with 2 adults & 4 kids, things go fast around here.
I will say that temp control was a little challenging, but it all worked out.
