I love a good leg quarter properly grilled over charcoal. Used a mix of some leftover lump and fresh briquettes, threw them on the Weber 22.5, and elevated them with my extra smokenator grate to keep them off the direct flame but still cook them fairly hot up in the dome.
Used a good layer of Kosmos Texas Beef (SPG) and Honey Killer Bee. With ten minutes left, sauced with Killer Hogs' The BBQ Sauce. Once on my plate, brushed on my Frank's based sweet spicy wing sauce. Served with smashed parm and Ranch golden taters. And of course, a quart of sweet tea!
It was deelish.
