I'm hooked, there goes the diet. Early this spring I picked up an ultra cheap bullet smoker in Menards, just to give it a go. Well, it was a cheapie, but have had some success with ribs, a brisket, and a couple of Boston butts. So there it is. I'm hooked.
Just placed an order for a WSM 22.5, and CAN'T wait for it to get here. The cheapie couldn't hold temp worth a hoot.
I appreciate all the posts on the site, and have learned much already. Thanks all. I'll be sure to post some pron from the new WSM!!
