Default Pizza Fatty with Q-vue

Here is my first attempt at a pizza fatty, and a first try for a stuffed one. I have done a few Jimmy Deans chubs but only traditional style, right out of the package.

I started with some fresh mushrooms, homemade pizza sauce, fresh garlic, Italian sausage and fresh sliced pepperoni. I also seasoned it with a little garlic powder, basil and oregano.

The Bacon!

Wrapped up to let it sit in the fridge for a few hours

On the smoker at 250 with some apple wood chunks

Smoked it to 170 internal

Rolled out some home made pizza dough that's been fermenting in the fridge for two days :)

Added some additional sauce to the finished fatty.

Rolled it up, but I should have made it slightly larger so I could tuck it under.

Cooked it on the smoker at around 400 for 10-15 minutes

I have to say it tasted way better then expected. I added a bit more sauce on top and devoured close to a half of the fatty last night.
