Default Lunch is ready!

Pork but was put on yesterday with Oakridge Secret Weapon, came off about 8:00 last night and held till 10:00 this morning...



Wunderbar bologna put on this morning with Oakridge Dominator. Our first time trying this stuff... HOLY COW!!! It’s going on ribs next weekend!!!



Johnsonville Jalapeño Cheddar brats added...



A glaze of Head Country Hot & Spicy



Deviled eggs with bacon



Sugar free slaw that Mrs 4ever3 came up with... KILLER!!!



All on the platter



That’s enough! Time to EAT!!!

Dude! DO IT!!! Do a test run or two but I think it needs a little sweet and heat in the sauce and it’d be LIGHTS OUT!!! There is cinnamon or something in that rub that is totally different! Let me know what you think!
