Default Turkey in Brine

Got a non enhanced Turkey from my favorite butcher. Using PatoDaddio's Turkey Brine. Put it in a food safe bucket that I got from a bakery. Sanitized it with a little bit of clorox then rinsed and washed with soap and rinsed it 4 times. It is a 15lb Turkey so it will be in the brine 15 to 16 hours and then in the fridge uncovered for about 24 hours. I am planning to use Mad Max's Turkey recipe that is on the Naked Whiz except for the lemon. I am leaving that out as John's brine called for the juice from 2 lemons. Plan to put oit on the egg Suday @ 325 and cook for about 20 min a lb. Will post final results
