Default Had to cook SOMETHING...

It has been far too long since I had a really good cook, so I invited some neighbors and got started early this morning. No way the wife, a three-year-old and me will be able to eat it all. Brisket, sausage, a couple of racks, ABT's, and I am going for MOINK certification.

">

Brisket is ready to hit the UDS...

Chopped shrimp to mix with cream cheese for ABT's

">

Store didn't have any normal sized jalapenos, so we are have Big A$$ ABT's

">

I didn't get pics of ribs before they went on...just flat forgot. I will get them as they come off though.

I could Photoshop something, but it's your day off and I wouldn't want you to have spend the time taking care of the paperwork

Those are definitely some certifiable MOINK raw materials there. Can't wait to see the end results!
