Default Sponsorship help

So, for those lucky enough to have sponsorship's for their competition teams I have a few questions.

How did you go about finding sponsors?
Do you have a sponsor pack that one could browse for ideas?
Could you PM me about it?

We are in our first full year of contest and am thinking that this may be the route to go.

Thank you in advance

First determine what you have to offer to a sponsor, not what they have for you.

This right here. So many people (including me) think sponsors should flock to us. Thing is, they are spending money and expect to get something in return (most do anyway).

There is a BBQ Central episode where Rod Gray details how he got sponsors and the process he used. He focused mostly on what he could do for the sponsors.
