I got to meet Phil, "pahutchens", for a couple of minutes during the class, he does look a little like Mr. French .
I had fun, the food was real good, and now we are KCBS Certified Barbecue Judges Now to start judging

Great class,Mike Lake did a very good job instructing.Food was awesome.
